This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle the logistics of pickup, transport, and delivery for your furniture, ensuring transparency and peace of mind from start to finish.

Service Coverage

  • Domestic Service Only: We currently offer furniture moving and transport services within the continental United States.
  • No International Shipping: At this time, we do not provide services outside the U.S.
  • No Delivery to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO: Due to the nature of our services, we are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes or military addresses.

Service Fees

  • Free Standard Delivery: We offer free standard transport for local moves within the contiguous U.S., unless otherwise stated.
  • Long-Distance Moves: For moves to or from Alaska or Hawaii, additional transport fees may apply. These fees will be calculated and displayed during booking.

Processing & Scheduling

  • Scheduling Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of booking.
  • Estimated Delivery Window: Once scheduled, your furniture will be delivered within 3 to 7 business days, depending on distance and route availability.
  • Partner Carriers: We work with trusted professional moving and logistics partners to ensure the safe and efficient transport of your items.

Pickup & Delivery

  • Pickup Coordination: After booking, our team will contact you to arrange a convenient pickup time.
  • Delivery Confirmation: Deliveries may require a signature, especially for high-value or bulk furniture.
  • Oversized Items: Large furniture pieces may be delivered via special freight handling and will include a pre-scheduled delivery window.

Tracking Your Move

Once your transport is scheduled, you will receive:

  • A tracking number
  • A tracking link
  • Estimated delivery details

Delivery Issues

  • Lost or Delayed Items: If your furniture has not arrived or tracking hasn’t updated in 5 business days, contact us immediately at support@klicktive.com.
  • Damaged Items:
    • Refuse delivery if damage is visible.
    • Notify us within 48 hours to report any damage so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
  • Missing Items: Report any missing pieces within 7 days of delivery for a prompt resolution.

Modifications & Cancellations

  • Change Request: Contact us before your scheduled pickup to make changes. Once your order is in transit, changes may not be possible.
  • Cancellations:
    • Orders canceled before pickup are eligible for a full refund.
    • Orders already in transit fall under our Return & Refund Policy.

Unexpected Delays

Though we strive for punctuality, weather conditions, roadblocks, or carrier delays may affect transport timelines. We will notify you promptly of any delays and work with you to reschedule.
